Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,182 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM6B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to fungicide, Viral translational termination-reinitiation, and Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with KDM6B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM6B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM6B results are reported.
