KDM6B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM6B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 381 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADIPOQ, ACSM5, and PABPC1L2A. Each is linked with KDM6B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM6B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM6B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADIPOQ grouped by KDM6B-low versus KDM6B-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
