KDM5D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM5D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 593 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF576, BCORP1, and NEFLP1. Each is linked with KDM5D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5D-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM5D versus ZNF576 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
