KDM5D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM5D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1267, RN7SL504P, and HINT1P2. Each is linked with KDM5D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5D-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1267 grouped by KDM5D-low versus KDM5D-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
