KDM5B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,526 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17P50, CPE, and C4orf46. Each is linked with KDM5B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17P50 grouped by KDM5B-low versus KDM5B-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
