KDM5B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ETS-1. Each is linked with KDM5B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by KDM5B-low versus KDM5B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
