KDM5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,902 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to fungicide, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with KDM5B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to fungicide grouped by KDM5B-low versus KDM5B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
