KDM4E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM4E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,941 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM4E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, TOR signaling, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with KDM4E in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM4E-to-partner and partner-to-KDM4E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process grouped by KDM4E-low versus KDM4E-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM4E→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM4E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
