KDM4E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM4E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM4E-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, RNU6-1213P, and RNA5SP509. Each is linked with KDM4E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM4E-to-partner and partner-to-KDM4E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by KDM4E-low versus KDM4E-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM4E→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM4E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
