KDM4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, eIF4G, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with KDM4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM4A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by KDM4A-low versus KDM4A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
