KDM3A

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KDM3A mass-spec protein differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 6 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of KDM3A’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where KDM3A mass-spec protein is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types KDM3A is over-expressed in tumor.

CCRCC, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where KDM3A tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
