KDM1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MSH2, and PDCD4. Each is linked with KDM1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM1A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by KDM1A-low versus KDM1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
