KDF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 939 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01591, LMNB2, and NCAPH2. Each is linked with KDF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDF1-to-partner and partner-to-KDF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01591 grouped by KDF1-low versus KDF1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
