KDELR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDELR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 124 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDELR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSBP1P1, SMR3B, and BLOC1S6P1. Each is linked with KDELR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDELR3-to-partner and partner-to-KDELR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSBP1P1 grouped by KDELR3-low versus KDELR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDELR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDELR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
