KDELR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDELR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,014 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDELR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-8P, RN7SL379P, and LINC02173. Each is linked with KDELR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDELR2-to-partner and partner-to-KDELR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-8P grouped by KDELR2-low versus KDELR2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDELR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDELR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
