Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KDELR1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KDELR1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher KDELR1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KDELR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where KDELR1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
