KDELR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDELR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 867 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDELR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD2, PRSS53, and MAT1A. Each is linked with KDELR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDELR1-to-partner and partner-to-KDELR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DRD2 grouped by KDELR1-low versus KDELR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDELR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDELR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
