Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,623 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCTD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL1P1, RPL34P3, and HSD17B7P1. Each is linked with KCTD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD4-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL1P1 grouped by KCTD4-low versus KCTD4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
