KCTD17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 323 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD17-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK4P2, IL9, and MIR4672. Each is linked with KCTD17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD17-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AK4P2 grouped by KCTD17-low versus KCTD17-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD17→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
