Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,181 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCTD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPC1, SORBS2, and MB21D2. Each is linked with KCTD14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD14-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCTD14 versus TRPC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
