Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCTD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP164, RN7SL401P, and SIGLEC27P. Each is linked with KCTD14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD14-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP164 grouped by KCTD14-low versus KCTD14-high in BRCA.
