Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,320 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PML body organization, Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, and Aorta smooth muscle tissue morphogenesis. Each is linked with KCTD14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD14-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD14 results are reported.
