Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCTD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECE2, CENPVL1, and CENPVL3. Each is linked with KCTD14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD14-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECE2 grouped by KCTD14-low versus KCTD14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
