KCTD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, Cyclin-B1, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with KCTD10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD10-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p90 RSK grouped by KCTD10-low versus KCTD10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
