KCNV1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, DVL2, and RAC3. Each is linked with KCNV1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNV1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by KCNV1-low versus KCNV1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
