KCNV1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6A2, H1-8, and ETDB. Each is linked with KCNV1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNV1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6A2 grouped by KCNV1-low versus KCNV1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
