KCNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,033 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, RFC5, and HSPA9. Each is linked with KCNT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNT1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by KCNT1-low versus KCNT1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
