KCNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 459 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6B, RPF1, and ENOPH1. Each is linked with KCNT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNT1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNRC6B grouped by KCNT1-low versus KCNT1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
