The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher KCNRG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCNRG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where KCNRG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
