The most reproducible KCNQ5-IT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex assembly, DNA conformation change, and Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with KCNQ5-IT1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNQ5-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNQ5-IT1 results are reported.
