KCNN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,797 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A11, SERPINB9, and UPP1. Each is linked with KCNN4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNN4 versus S100A11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
