Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,574 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTATIP2, MARCKSL1_T85, and PTPN1. Each is linked with KCNN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNN2 versus HTATIP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
