KCNN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,112 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, TIMP3, and ACR. Each is linked with KCNN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNN2 versus LGALS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
