KCNN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,063 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLOD4, RNU6-78P, and NDUFB4P5. Each is linked with KCNN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLOD4 grouped by KCNN2-low versus KCNN2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
