KCNN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,702 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ONECUT2, PPFIA1, and PENK. Each is linked with KCNN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNN2 versus ONECUT2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
