KCNN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 324 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSC1A1, DMRTB1, and GLOD5. Each is linked with KCNN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNN2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RSC1A1 grouped by KCNN2-low versus KCNN2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
