KCNMB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNMB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNMB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA1P58, OR10A5, and DIS3L2P1. Each is linked with KCNMB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNMB3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNMB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPA1P58 grouped by KCNMB3-low versus KCNMB3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNMB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNMB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
