Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KCNMB2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KCNMB2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher KCNMB2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCNMB2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and ACC show a favorable association.

KIRC, KICH, and COAD are the cancer types where KCNMB2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
