The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher KCNK7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCNK7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, KICH, and BLCA are the cancer types where KCNK7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
