KCNK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PD, Mre11, and 14-3-3_epsilon. Each is linked with KCNK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK7-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PD grouped by KCNK7-low versus KCNK7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
