Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNK15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,700 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with KCNK15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK15-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK15 results are reported.
