Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNK12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,364 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein sumoylation, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, and Regulation of protein localization to centrosome. Each is linked with KCNK12 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK12-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK12 results are reported.
