Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,031 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNK10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMOX2, IMPA2, and VIL1. Each is linked with KCNK10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK10-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNK10 versus HMOX2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
