KCNJ4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,376 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ4-associated genes across cancer lineages are L3MBTL2, ACO2, and CIRBP-AS1. Each is linked with KCNJ4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L3MBTL2 grouped by KCNJ4-low versus KCNJ4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
