Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNJ4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNJ4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROD4, TKTL2, and MSGN1. Each is linked with KCNJ4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEUROD4 grouped by KCNJ4-low versus KCNJ4-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
