KCNJ16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,863 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, RBM47, and SLC4A4_S12. Each is linked with KCNJ16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ16-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNJ16 versus DDAH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ16→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
