Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNJ16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL125P, HMOX1, and NKAIN4. Each is linked with KCNJ16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ16-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNJ16 versus RN7SL125P in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ16→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
