KCNJ16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3135A, HELLS, and C22orf46. Each is linked with KCNJ16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ16-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3135A grouped by KCNJ16-low versus KCNJ16-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ16→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
