Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNJ16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,495 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule anchoring, Regulation of kidney size, and Regulation of serine-type endopeptidase activity. Each is linked with KCNJ16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ16-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ16 results are reported.
