KCNJ15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS27, DNAJC8, and MRPL34. Each is linked with KCNJ15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ15-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS27 grouped by KCNJ15-low versus KCNJ15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
